Refund & Cancellation Policy – Makaan360

At Makaan360, part of AVIPPS Inc., we aim to provide smooth and transparent services for property listings, subscriptions, and related features. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may or may not be refunded.


1. General Policy

All payments made on Makaan360 for premium listings, featured ads, subscriptions, and promotional services are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

Makaan360 is a real estate listing platform only and does not handle property transactions directly. Therefore, we are not responsible for refunds related to property sales, rentals, or third-party services.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment: If a user has been charged more than once for the same service.

Technical Error: If payment was deducted but the service (listing upgrade, subscription activation, etc.) was not delivered due to a technical failure on our end.

Service Unavailability: If Makaan360 is unable to provide the purchased service after successful payment.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds shall be provided in the following cases:

User decides to cancel the listing, subscription, or service voluntarily.

Listing removed or suspended due to violation of Terms & Conditions or posting of prohibited content.

Dissatisfaction with features where services were delivered as promised.

Payments made for trial offers, discounts, or promotional campaigns.


4. Cancellation Policy

Users may request cancellation of premium services or subscriptions anytime, but no refunds will be processed once the service has started.

Cancellation will only stop future renewals or auto-billing (if applicable).


5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted to support@makaan360.com within 7 working days of the transaction.

Valid refund claims will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Transaction or payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
